 * Please note that the delivery of bakery goods requires a four-hour window to ensure timely and efficient service. Orders placed by noon on the same day will be guaranteed a delivery attempt by 4-6 PM window.

Floral orders cancelled within 8 hours of event/order date will incur a 50% cancellation penalty. There is a two hour window of delivery for all floral orders and guest must be checked in and on property with a suite assigned. Deliveries made with DO NOT DISTURB placards on doors will be re-scheduled for re-delivery at recipients request.
